There are several ways you can submit an update

MWD file(s) - wanted squares and wanted DXCCs.
ADIF file(s) - with worked squares and worked DXCCs.
Free hand data - wanted squares and wanted DXCCs.
Free hand data - worked squares and wanted DXCCs.

Please note that a new entry overwrites an existing one.

MWD file(s)

Use this method if your log book program can output MWD files.

For safety reasons you have to be logged in to use this feature.

ADIF file(s)

Use this method if your log book program can output ADIF files.

For safety reasons you have to be logged in to use this feature.

Free hand data - wanted squares and wanted DXCCs

Use this method if all you have is a list of the squares you want, and a list of the DXCCs you want.

This method can also be used if all you have is lists in a special text format. Just copy the list into the appropriate message box Most Wanted VUSHF DX will take care of the rest for you.

Free hand data - worked squares and wanted DXCCs

Use this method if all you have is a list of the squares you have worked, and a list of the DXCCs you want. These list could come from a log book program or spreadsheet etc.

When you use this method you must also tell what kind of station you have so that Most Wanted VUSHF DX can calculate your wanted squares.

Which squares and DXCCs

You may include all or a few of the squares and DXCCs you would like to work and even the unconfirmed ones if you wish.

Since each station is different you are required to examine your own station's limitations and operating preferences. On some bands MS is possible on other bands it is rain scatter etc. Please take the below recommended maximum terrestrial distances into consideration. Think of what you can work almost every day and not what is possible ones every second year. If you are QRV on EME you may include all relevant DXCC globally.
